Terms and Conditions of Rental

Welcome to Pop & Pour Virginia.   We look forward to helping you make your event outstanding!  

By reserving or renting equipment from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit, as applicable.

The customer assumes full responsibility for all rented items from the time of delivery or pickup until the items are returned to and accepted by Pop & Pour Virginia.

2. Payment Terms

A 20% payment is due at the time of reservation.  The balance is due 30 days before the event.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled rental date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made between 7 and 30 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.  Cancelations within 7 days of the event will receive a 10% refund.

Refunds for weather-related cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup times and locations will be scheduled in advance.

The customer is responsible for ensuring:

Additional fees may apply for delayed access, such as extended wait time, difficult delivery conditions, or multiple delivery attempts.

5. Use of Rental Equipment

All rental items must be used safely and only for their intended purpose.

The customer agrees to:

Rental items may not be altered, repaired, or modified in any way.  Decorating rental items in a way that does not permanently alter the equipment is allowed.

6. Damage, Loss, or Theft

The customer is responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or destruction of rented items during the rental period.

All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, ordinary wear excepted.

8. Liability

Pop & Pour Virginia is not liable for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or misuse of rented equipment.

The customer assumes all risks associated with use and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pop & Pour Virgina, its owners, employees, and agents.

9. Weather and Outdoor Use

Customers renting items for outdoor use assume responsibility for monitoring weather conditions.

Equipment must be protected from:

Damage caused by weather exposure is the customer’s responsibility.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Pop & Pour Virginia reserves the right to refuse or cancel any rental if conditions are deemed unsafe or if these terms are violated.

11. Agreement

By placing a reservation, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
